1. Nature of Our Service
   
   • We deal exclusively in digital products and services — specifically, customized B2B data solutions
     prepared as per client specifications.
   • There are no physical goods involved and therefore no physical shipping.
2. Order Processing Time
   • Once your order is confirmed and payment is successfully received, our data team begins preparing your customized database.
   • Standard delivery time: Within 2–5 business days depending on the complexity and data volume.
   • You will receive confirmation of your order via email after successful payment.
   • If additional information or clarification is required from your side, we will contact you via email before delivery.
3. Delivery Method
   
   • All data and reports are delivered digitally via one or more of the following methods:
   • Email Delivery: The completed data file(s) are sent as secure attachments or download links.
   • Secure Server Upload: For larger datasets, a secure download link (Google Drive, Dropbox, or private server) will be shared with the registered email address.
   • You will not receive any physical shipment.
4. Delivery Confirmation
   • A delivery confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address once your files are delivered.
   • Please ensure you provide a valid and active email address during checkout.
5. Non-Delivery or Issues
   • If you do not receive your files within the estimated delivery time:  (Check your spam/junk folder for the email. If you still cannot locate your delivery, contact us at info@inbiogen.com and we will re-send the data promptly.)
