   • Our website contact form, or
   • Direct email at info@inbiogen.com, with their detailed data requirements.

2. Our team reviews the request and shares a quotation or proposal outlining pricing, delivery

timelines, and deliverables.

3. Once the client approves the proposal, an official invoice is generated and sent via email.

   • Payments can be made securely using any of the following options:
   • Online Payment Link: We issue a secure payment link through any of the available trusted payment gateway.
   • Wire Transfer / Bank Transfer: Clients can transfer funds directly to our company bank account (details provided in the invoice).
   • All payment methods are 100% secure and compliant with international payment standards.

3. Payment Confirmation
   • Once the payment is successfully completed:
   • A payment receipt will be sent to the client’s registered email address.
   • Our data team will begin preparing the custom B2B database as per the agreed specifications.

4. Delivery Timeline
   • Delivery is fully digital and typically completed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation, depending on the project size and complexity.

5. Invoices & Records
   • Every order is accompanied by a formal invoice, generated either:
   • Through our accounting software, or
